Amazon was quick to fix but unless I have been very unlucky they didn’t sort the issue after I first raised it.I have reported it four times in total now (April last year and yesterday, also when the replacements arrived each time - as they were also short)The item itself works really well, it can sometimes be tricky finding the right place to squeeze it and you have to do it quite hard so I feel like I will burst the bag, but it always works out fine. Once the inner part is squeezed and you shake the bag it becomes icy cold, I am not sure how long it lasts but it gives relief and seems to help with the strain or twisted part (usually my neck). Easier and more comfortable than a bag of ice in my opinion, though obviously cost is a factor as they are single use.
