Import Clean Beans
Once we have found a farm, we ensure that all beans they provide us are wet washed. Wet Washed beans are beans that have been picked right from the coffee tree, immediately rinsed with clean water, de-pulped and soaked overnight. The resulting bean is almost free of contaminants.
Air Roasted
Once the beans arrive to our Roastery, we use an air roaster to remove the chaff and additional contaminants, removing more of the “harsh, bitter” taste found in coffees traditionally roasted. Air roasting eliminates the carbonization and smoke that normally burns and leaves deposits on all other beans.
