I can now actually jump (or more specifically land after jumping) without the sensation of having broken glass in my knees. I couldnt say whether it reduces overall inflammation as i wouldn't know how to measure it, but this one jump test allows me to determine what is working for me. i ran out of the high quantity curcumin tablets and after a week or so the knee pain begain to return. So i thought I would try these lower quantity but liquid curcumin capsules, that claim better absorbance than dry capsules containing much higher amounts.
