They are also the perfect length/width to fit into the rectangular glass dish, no \"cutting\" necessary. The ladyfingers are not that sweet, so that helps with the calorie count also! Used to be able to buy them in two of my local stores, but they have not carried them in over 2 yrs. Many sellers list these for much more, so I quickly ordered when Amazon sent me the alert email on this well priced two pack for about $6.50 per one. This is now the second product that I've had to throw away, as I had to with bread previous to this which grew mold while I was storing it. Very disappointed. I will likely go back to my other gluten-free products, because I can't afford to get sick from this which I believe might be why I was sick a month ago while consuming this.
