My older counter top model has a smaller wand without buttons so it was easy to swivel and point. With this cordless all the buttons are in your palm so its difficult to reach up to swivel. So what I do now is not swivel. I shut it off and switch sides of my mouth. Its fine and I'm used to it now. The other conveniences make up for this little adjustment. Wanted to use it for a few weeks before writing this review. So, all my wants have been checked with this machine. I don't have to floss as much because of stuck food.
