Ive been using this for years. I swear it’s helped my hair, skin and nails. My hair grows faster and is too thick now. I actually had to have it thinned out by a stylist. My skin in general is smooth and blemish free. My nails grew faster. But I didn’t notice any change in strength. Great buy.

I want everyone to know, I hope this helps some folks. About three months ago my hair just started falling out, I am a 60 yr old woman and of Latin origin. I had tons of hair, I mean tons. My shower drain was clogged 4 times and I was trying to catch my hair before it went down the drain! I was never able to see my scalp till three months ago. I was a wreck. Doctors couldn't help, although I went through a series of tests without putting me on a Rogaine type remedy. No, as desperate as I was I wasn't going to go there. I remembered Andrew Lessman from yrs ago. I decided to give it a try. It took almost two months to see results. Now, my hair is growing back like some of those dolls I played with as a girl. The ones with he hair that grows from the center of the head. Wow, I am so pleased, thank you and God bless you Andrew Lessman. My hair growth is amazing! If he asked me to go work for him, I'd do it in an instant! I can't give this the value it deserves. I'm starting on his Essentials 1 today as is my husband. Have no doubts I truly believe this will work as long as you don't have allergies to his ingredients. Take care folks :) Update: It's been 4 months now and WOW! I can barely see my scalp after showering. When my hair is dry I can't see it at all. I had to cut some length of the old hair that had not fallen off as it would have looked really bad. The new growth is there, but understandably it's not as long as old growth that remained. I know it's going to get there though and I'm thrilled. If you have the same problem I did, I say give it a try. Just remember, this is a great product but f you're allergic to any of the ingredients don't use it. I hope this helps you. Have been using the product on and off for several years. Works for nails . Nails strong and growling fast. As far as hair unfortunately no result.

I've been using this supplement as directed for 3½ years and my results have been wonderful. I had thick, heavy hair that grew quickly. As I reached menopause my hair began to thin noticeably and it didn't grow like it used to. My nails have always been thin and weak, and I had suffered for years from rosacea. About six months in to this supplement my hair and nails started to grow faster, and my rosacea symptoms began to lessen. My skin flushes were less often, less pronounced, and less painful. While I have not experienced hair re-growth, both hair and nails grow even more quickly, and my nails are much stronger than before. I actually have to cut my nails to keep them from getting too long! Hair loss seems to have stopped entirely. I take this product religiously, and as directed. Not having the extreme rosacea symptoms has been pretty miraculous for me. My skin would redden to the point of looking like your worst ever sunburn, it would itch and burn like crazy, and even swell somewhat. The symptoms would often last for weeks, even with using topical prescription meds. It was miserable and I HATED it. After taking HHS&N for several months, I noticed the symptoms were beginning to abate. I still have flare ups, and this isn't a cure, if course. But, the flare ups are much much less painful (thank-you Andrew!!) which is the best part, but the extreme redness, swelling, general irritation and heat are hugely lessened. The flare ups also occur much less often. Hallelujah! Even if this product did nothing for hair or nails, it's worth it just for that! The rest is just gravy, as far as I'm concerned. Take this for at least six months before deciding yes or no....it takes a while to see results. Take twice a day, as directed. And if you take more than you need, your body will just excrete it. It's expensive, so you may not want to flush it away...literally. I don't ever want to be without this supplement. I had tried a couple of drug store brands and had absolutely no results after 12 months. Brand seems to make a difference with this type of product. ETA: I've noticed several comments about price. The best prices are available on the Home Shopping Network (HSN) when they have promotions. Just go to their website and set a reminder. You will be notified when they are promoting Andrew Lessman products. The best deal for this product is usually in July.
