Cannot play the movie

This 1976 Star Is Born movie will not play in my Bly-Ray player. A sticker on the plastic indicated "do not open it you do not have a Region Free or B/2 disc player, (I have a Sony). This means the disc came from Europe. Why would Amazon not indicate this on their site before ordering it?? Now I have to go thru the hassle of sending it back. Yes, I know I can order it thru Prime video, but I wanted the physical disc. Guess this will be the only way to see it, which I did back in 1976 and throughout the years on a VHS tape.

Product will not work on your equipment in North America, terrible service.

Product would not work on my player. Replacement product never received. After 8 weeks they said it is not usable in North America on the players sold here. Will not refund shipping charges and expect me to send product back at my cost without instructions.
