ヒョゴのメンバーが２０歳の時に出したミニアルバム「20」そして22歳で出したミニアルバム「22」に続いていよいよフルアルバム「23」となるわけですが今までに出した傑作曲「Ohio」や「Come and Goes」などは入らずすべて新曲！(韓国はそれが普通なのか？）１曲目の Burning youthにはじまり、Tokyo Inn、Leather Jacket、TOMBOYと傑作だらけじゃないですか！日本ではよくSuchmosと比べられていますが、断然このヒョゴの方がすごいですよ！！英語の曲もありますが、基本はハングル曲。だけど楽曲の出来はすでに世界基準！世界的に見てもかなり上位のロックバンドレベルだと思います。メンバーもまだ２３歳と若いし、何といってもヴォーカルでフロントマンのオヒョクのカリスマ性、見た目、ヴォーカル力が素晴らしく色んなアーティストとのコラボ（ロックだけじゃなくR&BやHIP HOPも）もデビューしてすぐに色々やってるくらい。特にPrimaryとのコラボ曲は超傑作ですので、そちらも要チェックです！
