This is one of my favorite movies and includes a great cast of actors. The DVD plays well and includes options for captions.

saw this when it first came out in theatre, we watch at least 1-2x/yr. great story about mexican american familia, would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this film when seeing into at the cinema so long ago. I bought it on video but couldn't get it on DVD in this country; why is that? Had to get it from overseas in the end but so glad I did. Great storyline told with humour and poignancy, excellent performances, especially from Jimmy Smits. Buy this one, you won't be disappointed.

Definitely an epic and heartwarming movie. I love the story a Mexican-American family celebrating their joys and enduring their sorrows trying to live the American Dream. Jimmy Smits, Edward James Olmos, and Esai Morales lead an amazing cast. Loved this movie so much that I had this DVD autographed by Olmos during one of my comic con trips. Definitely recommend this DVD for the movie collection.

Good movie and well acted

Checked my player was multi regen but both dvds would not play and the cases were of a low standard and the actual rapping was sub standard
