This is a pretty impressive tea considering how cheap it is. Moderately strong, and has a fairly complex flavor. If you drink a lot of quality loose leaf tea, you may not find this to be that impressive. But for what it is, it's pretty damn good. As they say in the description don't ruin it by adding milk, pick up something else for that. To me, the main downside is that Ahmad's limited selection of loose leaf teas all seem to have a pretty common backbone of flavor (from the Ceylon sourced tea...? from the processing method...? i don't know, i am not that knowledgeable). They seem to be budget oriented at the core and I'm not blaming them for that. But do be aware that if you purchase several different types of teas from them, they will have a similar taste. Try it you will be surprised at the difference between loose and bag tea. **Q: My 1st can of earl grey came with a spoon. i just received my 2nd can and no spoon. why? the spoon is perfect for adding the loose tea to a tea pod.** A: I think the spoon was a temporary promotion. I got a spoon in one can and I have kept using it with all my teas. It is a very nice spoon you have to admit. **Q: What is the difference between this Ceylon Tea and english breakfast?** A: English Breakfast is a different tea entirely. Ceylon tea uses different leaves and gives off a spice and rich flavor. It is closer in flavor to Earl Grey than English Breakfast. While English Breakfast is more mild and goes better with cream. However, both of them are black teas. Flavor notes for Ceylon tea: citrus, chocolate, spice. It's used as a base for Earl Grey and fruity black teas.
