My hair grew SO fast I had to have my highlights redone earlier than usual

Easy to take
Tiny tablet so very easy to swallow. I take mine before going to bed as vitamin B tends to make me nauseous but I'm fine with this. It is too soon to tell if there's any improvement in my hair as I've only just started taking it

Biotin seems to be helping my hair
Been using biotin tablets for almost 3 weeks now and my hair seems to be coming out less when I brush it I hope after I’ve used it for a few more weeks I will see I difference to the thickness of my fine hair as my friends have had really good results
