Kaempferol is up there with quercetin and fisetin as an important bioflavonoid. It just hasn't gotten the same publicity. The problem though for all these bioflavonoids is bioavailability. It's hard to get the full impact as a result. Some companies solve this by increasing the amount of the ingredients per pill or more recently, using liposomal delivery into the cells. This product does neither unfortunately. There is a company in Europe that makes a liposomal kaempferol, but they don't sell outside of Europe. I wish violet herbs would sell one. Until somebody does, this product will have to do. The quality of all violet herbs products is good. They're an excellent small company. Hope they can make some changes for this product to make it more bioavailable.
