Wood Tatami Zaisu,Floor Chair Lazy Sofa Game Meditation Floor Seating with Back Support Legless Chair-W

I bought three of these. Item arrived late. When I opened the box, there is a strong paint smell. The bottom of the char is unfinished with no paint. One of the chair has an unfinished corner or chipped paint. The quality is non-existent.

Received this product and after unpacking found the following issues - 1. Paint peeled off along the wooden edges after opening from bubble wrap 2. Very strong smell; had to keep in garage / outside for few days 3. Wood is not even; had dents in some place which was covered with paint 4. Shipping took time as it came from Hong Kong / China 5. The package carton was not in a great condition while it arrived Overall, not happy with the finish. I might have to get wood paint pen to cover the peeled off paint.

Had an issue with the product and the seller made it right immediately.

Got this as a gift from my mother after I put it on my list. I did lots of research and found this is the best floor chair but after 2 months of use the back just snapped. Im not over weight and pretty average build but I was sitting at my table and the back snapped completely off at the bend. Unusually sit pretty straight up, and seeing the demo pictures I had faith in the integrity of the product but it's not as durable as picture. It's very disappointing considering how long you wait for this product. It lasted just about as long as the shipping time.
