Good product for those of us who have sensitive skin.

3rd coloring coming up! And I’ll never use another. I’m black and I love my natural hair. I have locs that are just below my shoulders. I started with this brand for my locs because my beautician said it’s the only brand she’ll use on her clients. 1 year and 2 months into my loc journey is when I started using the color. I don’t believe it has stopped my hair from locking. And it didn’t alter my texture in any negative ways. I won’t ever use another brand. Even if I were to go back to loose hair. I encourage more ethnicities to use the brand. And I do approve for natural and dreadlocked hair. As well as my beautician. She is still cautious about not going to light on my locs. This is the lightest color (8g) she’ll approve for me to use. Even though I really want to try the cool based colors. Such as ash blonde.

I love Naturtint Permanent Hair Color. I had previously used L'oreal, and as much as I loved the color, the odor was eye watering, and more recently I've used Garnier strawberry blonde which I loved, but the color was discontinued. I had been looking to use something less harsh as I am getting older and my hair is thinning. After all the advertisements I've seen for Naturtint I decided to give it a try. They don't carry strawberry blonde but I spoke with one of their consultants and she recommended 8G sandy blonde and I must say that I love it. This is the 2nd time I've purchased the multi-pack. No harsh odor and the color is beautiful. It comes out more of a golden strawberry blonde for me, and I've received tons of compliments. Will continue to purchase.

What I love the most about using Naturtint is that it doesn't irritate my scalp and the color is very natural looking. However, it's very difficult to get the color solution out of the applicator bottle because the solution is so thick. I usually wind up taking the applicator tip off and pouring some of the solution in my hand and applying it like shampoo. Other than that, I will always use it instead of all the other brands on the market.
