Q: solution bottle states 40ml of solution topped up with l ltr water,does this go into the solution compartment or oes the solution go in there neat ?

The solution goes in neat it then mixes with the water automatically.

Q: Attached solution connector, now can’t get it off. Anyone had a similar problem?
