Easy to put on and remove. Does the job. Makes my back straight when sitting especially when sitting on the bed. I sit a lot on the bed and this is perfect if u r like me. You don't have to worry about slouching anymore.Update; I have actually found this item very useful cos i sit a lot both on the chair and bed so this really helps me stay straight. I love it. Can't stop wearing it everywhere. I wear it out too. It has a way of lifting up or enhancing your boobs too, not sure how it does that but it does.It just doesn't look so good at the back but does in the front. I will recommend it, it works. I don't slouch anymore. I will definitely buy it again. This particular one tho cos there's another i bought and i couldn't use it cos the putting on wasn't easy to adjust so i returned it. But this one has clicks and Velcro tapes so that once you slip it on you pull the strap to suit you and loosen whenever you want. Why haven't i given it five stars?
