Best parchment paper for baking. My brownies turned out so well! It was a breeze to remove the paper. In other brands, the butter seeps through the paper and makes the tray greasy when I bake cookies. With this one, there's absolutely no issue. It's perfect, 10/10 recommend.

Overall, I like the quality of the parchment paper. I have used this for baking as well as setting things like no bake oat bars, peanut butter bars etc and I am quite satisfied with the way it has worked. (For baking I sometimes like to oil and flour/ do some sort of appropriate tin-prep method even if I’m using parchment.) I didn’t have any issues with the paper burning. I bake breads frequently and line the bread tin with parchment. Most of my breads go into a preheated oven of 220 and bakes for ten minutes at least at 200, after which I generally lower the temperature to 180. The paper has held up pretty well. The cutter on the box works well. The only thing I don’t like is the logo running along the length of the paper. I prefer plain sheets or smaller logos.

It’s very good I ordered 20 metres eco bake parchment paper but i received echo bake + 16 metres baking paper , don’t know why but I didn’t returned it because it’s good quality and my brownie came out so well without messy and no need to grease oil too good
