Cute but won't last long
I like this bag its a good size, cute tan color for summer. Good price. Don't expect it to last more than 1 season. My bag tore -the strap came out of the bag after about 6 months. Also i have the light tan color, and after time the color seems to wear out looking dingy and gross

Loved it but came damaged
I was super excited to receive my bag because I saw so many good things about it, and when I got it, I was super pleased and it looked exactly as I expected and was packaged nicely. However, I did notice a small rip and it looked as though it was cut by a box cutter while being handled. So that was super disappointing because I wanted to use it right away but I returned it with no issues and I'll be buying a replacement. I can't really blame the seller for the tear, as I do believe it happened during transit but it was still a huge bummer. Overall, its a great bag and I'd recommend it. Feels and looks more expensive than it is.

QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE PLUMMETED - AVOID
I own four of these bags and used to love them. Perfect size for the essentials. Lightweight, cute, and great colors. Over the summer my first one - two years old - got a broken zipper. No biggie. These are a deal. Reordered. In November, I bought one in brown. It broke right away. No rough handling, and nothing more than a lipgloss, phone, headphones, and keys in the bag. Was in the return window, so they replaced it. Today, the replacement broke. Less than four months old. Gentle treatment. Barely any items in it. And strap simple broke off while I was walking out the door (that’s the pic above). These are super cute and the perfect size. But if they now barely last 10 uses with nothing more than a “sorry, outside return window” - save your money.

The bag is great, works perfectly to have all my essentials in one place. The strap however doesn't feel strong. The tassels comes out of the zip, but not something you can't fix with a little plyer.

This is pretty and very soft vinyl, but the chain and straps feel flimsy. Ok for getting this look, but not durable.
