Q: Why is it on the Amazon page it states Lead and mercury reduction and some other sellers show it on label but not this one only sediment an odor?

I asked this question on the website of another company selling these. They said that Pentair stopped putting lead reduction on their labels because the gov't requires NSF 53 certification for lead reduction which requires third party testing to verify; too expensive & time consuming. So now, the filters are under NSF 42 which is in-house testing but can't "certify" for labeling things like heavy metals.

Q: Need new o-rings for my double filter system under the sink

If you require O-rings for your twin filter system, it pays to know if you have std housings or BIG BLUE housings, as the O-rings vary. Most Std Pentek housings will use 151120. And the O-rings used for a BIG BLUE housing is 151122.
