Great deal! Comes with extra pillowcovers!
I have a small patio and wanted some more comfortable seating for it, and this looked perfect size-wise, so I took a chance. We've only had it a few days, so no reports of durability, but so far, I'm delighted. First, the shipping window was 6 days, and I was surprised, but pleased, to see it arrive on the very first day of the estimated arrival. It came in one box, and the box was in reasonable shape. It was relatively easy to assemble as well. I asked my husband for help, and by the time he arrived, I'd already put about half of it together, so I gave him the task of tightening all the screws after I assembled everything, using only the allen wrench that came in the packet (many of the screws are in places one couldn't get to with an electric screwdriver or drill, and having to put in and tighten all those screws with the little allen wrench was a minor pain, but only requires patience). We had the whole thing together in about an hour. (we purchased the two piece set). One thing that was a pleasant surprise was that I got two sets of pillow covers! At first, I was startled, because the pillow covers were red and I ordered blue, but then I discovered a set of pillow covers in blue, so put those on. We'll save the red ones for later. There's also an extra red throw pillow as shown in the photos, which was nice. Now the cushions aren't the most comfortable--if you sit on them for more than an hour, you'll notice this--but they also aren't bad, and I didn't expect perfect pillows for the price. I can upgrade if need be. I like to sit on this like a chaise-longue, which is why I bought it, and I can sit on it that way quite comfortably, with my feet up, but I'm only 5'6". It's certainly comfortable enough for the price. And it seems sturdy enough, and yet is lightweight and easy to move around. There was one place when the "wicker" (actually plastic of course) was sticking out and rough, but it was only one place and on the back, so I didn't bother with it) I'm really happy with this little set, though I can see that I must protect the cushions--while light moisture beads up on them, I'm not sure they'd take a drenching, so I put them indoors when I'm not sitting on the loveseat. But more to the point, in my home, the dogs think the pillows might be toys, so we'll keep a sharp eye on them! (And we're waiting to see which dog decides to lay on it first). For just under $150, I'm pretty pleased with this little set. It's more comfortable than my plastic adirondack chair, and it was far easier to assemble than most things like this are. For us, it's a winner!

Cushions slide around a lot, but not a deal-breaker!
First, the set up was super easy thanks to the instructions. The furniture completes our deck and it’s the perfect size. You can lounge in it and it’s very versatile. It’s very sturdy, BUT the cushions on the back of the seats slide off constantly so that is annoying. The cushions you sit on come with anchors so they don’t slide, just wish all the cushions came with it. The cushions are relatively soft but not super thick, your butt could get a little sore sitting for hours on end. I do love that it’s a sectional as you can move it around and set it up any way you like. It also gets dirty quickly so have some cleaner or a towel on hand. However, the cushions are light so you won’t stick to them. Overall, it’s good enough to get the job done but if you’re looking for better quality, I would say go for it. It was in our price range so I can live with having to adjust the cushions because it’s pretty decent for the price.

Excellent Value
I hesitated for weeks over buying this outdoor sectional due to the mixed reviews. My main concerns were the reviews slamming the set for being so poorly made that it was extremely difficult to put together and those complaining about the shipping. I am glad I took the chance and ordered it, as neither critiques were valid on the set I received. First, a lot of people complained about how long shipping took and that when it was received, only part of the set was received. I don't know if the seller changed the way they ship these, but in my case, the sectional shipped from a warehouse in Georgia via FedEx, and it was received earlier than promised. Yes, it was received in 2 separate deliveries 2 days apart, but the box clearly stated that it was being shipped in multiple shipments. Also, I contacted the seller after receiving the 1st box, and was advised in less than 12 hours that the 2nd box had also shipped and was given the tracking info. A+ for customer service. Next, with regard to those complaining about how difficult it was to put together, that was not my experience. It was pretty straightforward with the pieces assembling with a bolts and an Allen wrench. Yes, such a wrench is annoying to use, but given the design of the furniture, there is no other way to design it so that it can be flat-packed for shipment and then assembled. For those complaining that the parts did not line up, I suspect that the problem for most of them was "user error." When you are assembling any furniture, you NEVER tighten the screws until the entire piece is assembled. Then, you go back and tighten everything up. This allows you to have enough movement to start all of the fasteners in their holes. If you tighten each screw as you go, then there is not enough flex to get the screws in on other sides of the piece. As to the quality of the sectional itself, I have to agree with other reviews that for the price, it is absolutely a 5-star product. Does it compare to a $2,000 set that you would buy at a high-end store? Of course not. But this only costs about $400. For that price, the quality is great. The set looks beautiful. The cushions are a little thinner and not as firm as I would like, but excellent for the price. It is comfortable enough. The only cons are: (1) the height, and (2) the movement. Specifically, the seats are a little too low at about 12" before adding the cushions. I plan to address this issue by adding wooden (risers) feet to each piece to raise the seat up about 3". As for the movement, this is pretty common with all sectionals. I note that Amazon sells clips separately to clip the pieces together. The clips are not expensive, and I will buy a set. But, I think they should be included in these sets (although this is true for all of these sets). As for durability, I can't really say as I have only had the set for week or so. We do not leave the cushions out in the weather as a general rule. If we aren't using them, we put the cushions away in the house or in a deck box. The resin wicker seems okay. We will keep the set under a pop-up canopy and put it in the shed for the winter, so hopefully it will last a while. From past experience, these outdoor wicker sets generally last 3-6 years, as the resin tends to break down in the sun/weather. But, again, for the price, I can't complain, and I don't expect it to last forever. The frame is all metal, and seems sturdy. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with this purchase. It is a great value, and the seller did a great job of shipping it quickly and responding to questions.

Cute, durable and priced well.
This has been one of my favorite purchases. It came with both red and blue cushion covers. I love that it gives me that flexibility to change colors. It was very easy to put together and I was able to do it myself. Its easy to move and doesnt weigh too much that it would require a second person. Its very easy to keep clean. It aligns up nicely. Everything was labeled easy so I knew what went where. This is a great value and I absolute have loved it on my patio. I will probably order more pieces to make it even bigger for next summer.

Sturdy Frame; Very Thin Cushions
The bones of this furniture is worth the price. However, the cushions are very thin (maybe 2.5 inch thickness).

Uncomfortable, Cheaply Made, and Worst Customer Service Imaginable
Patio Furniture set arrived in two pieces, and just as described. No problem there. A bit low to the ground, but we knew that as well. Upon putting the first box of pieces together, many simply did not fit well together. Parts did not simply fit into place and needed to be forced at times. Many screws would not go in easily and had to almost be forcefully screwed in. What should have taken about 30 minutes to assemble...ended up taking almost two hours. That's not even mentioning the many small pieces of wicker that fell off with each piece taken out of the box. The first box arrived split down multiple sides and corners. Tape held it together so nothing arrived really damaged, per se, but the box needed to be disposed of as it was useless after opening. The second box arrived and we chose not to even open it. We did request a refund and had it approved almost immediately, which was great. I messaged the seller to inquire about how to send back the first shipment as the box was no longer usable and UPS required a second shipping label since it was in two shipments. The seller asked why we were returning it as returns weren't good for us or them. Told them the reasoning and that we needed a second label. Then, they asked for pictures of the damaged items. Advised them that nothing was really damaged, but the small pieces of wicker all over were an issue as was the comfort and the lack of ease in putting it together. We said the return was approved and needed another label to ship it back fully. Finally, the company sent over a second label. This one being to FedEx even though Amazon uses UPS. So, we needed to drop off shipments in two different locations. When asking about the best way to send back the first shipment since it was three big pieces and the box was useless, the seller told us to "find a box yourself." Thank God for Amazon customer service stepping in to help and make it right. Will never purchase anything from this company again, and not so much over the furniture which was exactly as described but just uncomfortable. "Anne" who always responded to us is the reason that we will never recommend them and actually discourage people from purchasing from them.

Nice Quality Patio Set for the Price
Update - Going into our third summer with this set and it is still great after sun, rain and snow! We bring cushions indoors when it rains significantly. We stored the cushions indoors over the winter. We left the furniture uncovered on our deck all winter and had moderate snow. Washed the beige cushion covers on delicate and put them back on the cushions while damp this season. They held up well and look very good albeit a bit faded from the sun. For the price, we are still very happy with the quality! Nice for the price! Bought the set for the price after we had to cancel all travel plans this summer. Trying to make things at home more like the resorts we will miss. Shipping speed was average. Packaging very good. Took 2 hours with 2 people to assemble (cannot use a hex drill bit for many of the screws due to the limited space). Ordered the plastic furniture clips to hold the sections together (measure to get the right width for both sections to fit in the clip - they clip underneath along the bottom of the sides - 6 clips are enough). Cushions are thick enough for lounging and the 2 pillows included make it extra comfortable. Stopped using the elastic cushion fasteners (only come on the seat cushions, not the back cushions) due to needing to store cushions when rain is predicted. One elastic broke on first day (but easy to sew it back in place with sewing machine). Have had the 5 piece set outside for several weeks in direct sun and some rain. Tried using a waterproof cover but decided it was easier to store the cushions inside to keep them from getting soaked and dirty from tree debris. If cushions are left outside and it rains significantly, the cushion covers do not protect the cushions themselves from getting soaked. It took a full sunny day standing the cushions on their sides (water was running out of them for quite a while they were so soaked) to get them dry. But, the cushion covers do bead up and protect the cushions from dew and a light rain sprinkle. Wait for the cushion covers to dry before wiping off any outdoor debris to keep them clean. So far, surface cleaning with water and mild detergent has worked fine. The glass top on the table stays in place but you need to push up from underneath while pushing down on the glass corners to get a good suction. Overall, nice quality and will he happy if it only lasts one season for the price!

Look, it's less than four hundred freaking dollars, okay - and for that price, it's a great set
I waited several months before writing this review. The disclaimer here is that yes, I live in SWFL and NO, this is not outside all the way in the elements: it's on my lanai (covered patio/Florida room/sunroom for those of you in other parts of the world who have no idea what a lanai is). I have no idea how well this would hold up if I put it outside in the elements. I have a different set (metal that looks like wood and sunbrella cushions) for all the way outside. But when I decided to redo my lanai, I wanted something for everyone. I have two rockers that face this set. Yea, I know, it looks like I've blocked off my sliders - well, I did (sliders we don't use). But I have a panel of three sliders to the left of this set so it's not like you have to climb over furniture to get in/out. . . although we could start doing that and really get our exercise. You may be wondering where the glass top is. It is under the square "ottoman" as I've put a plush, round floor cushion on the block that is supposed to serve as the ottoman. I have a blanket to pull over my feet when I'm out here on chilly mornings (stop laughing. . .I know anyone reading this knows that below 72 degrees is chilly here). The two other beige cushions are ones I had on hand already. I've included a picture to show the gorilla grippy shelf liner that I cut up to keep these cushions from sliding all over the place when we sat on it. . .these babies are slick, and they WILL slip if you don't put down something to keep them in place. If you use the "clips" that come with the cushions, you'll pull up some of the rattan material on the base blocks, and you really don't want to do that. I've sat out here perched in the corner for hours at a time before getting too uncomfortable to go move to inside the house. Yes, these cushions ARE thin. They DO flatten easily, so swap them around the same way you would cushions on a sofa or the way you would flip a mattress (okay, you may not be as religious about flipping or turning your mattress, but you know what I mean). As others have said, some of the screws do not align when you go to assemble. Kind of annoying, but with the pieces we received, we could force it without breaking it. I would absolutely recommend this if you are on a budget and not willing to go over $400. We saw this same set in a thousand different iterations on Overstock and Wayfair for prices that ranged from $400 to $900. It's definitely not a $900 set. When I found the ones I liked on other sites, I did a reverse image search and was pleased to find it here on Amazon for (at the time) mid $300s. I bought these chairs and side table {https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084Z3Y4WY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1} and they are surprisingly comfy. Once I got the furniture, it took me awhile to find a rug that would pull everything together. I found the Nicole Miller rug here {https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B7LTRHX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1} for around $50 (at the time). It works well. The middle picture is right after I put the Nicole Miller rug down, btw. You can see I had the grippy stuff out and the rockers are in that picture, too. Again, cannot comment on durability for alllll the way in the elements, but it's serving the purpose for where we have it. This sofa and the two rockers is a great place for three-four people to get together.
