Not especially wowed

In all fairness, even though I am nearly 50, I don't have any real wrinkles, just a few fine lines (thanks Mom!). I do have some serious bags under my eyes. I was hoping this product would reduce these a bit at least temporarily for an event. I did not notice any change. Product was easy to use, instructions easy to follow. The package does only reference wrinkles, not bags. I had hopes as I use DHC's under eye patches and they do reduce the bags for a few hours. Price was a bit steep but I would willingly pay if it had reduced the bags. Hopefully someone with deeper wrinkles can review to see how well it works for those.
