The grey,black and red really pops. Matches my interior perfect i put the in custom pods in my front doors. They sound good. 2 way was just enough 4 me I already have super tweeters. I'll get a Pic later

I purchased two sets of these speakers for my side by side. I am very happy that I did. MB Quart is one of the best names in the audio business. These speakers sound great when connected to an amplifier. I paired them with an amplifier and I couldn't be happier with the sound quality. And the price that I paid for them makes them an even better pick. The price, the sound quality, and the overall construction make them one of the best speakers on the market! If you purchase these, trust me, you'll be happy! Also, their customer service is second-to-none. When I got these speakers one of the grills was damaged. I contacted MB Quart direct and they shipped me a new cover no questions asked!

Absolutely amazing sound. If I could put 10 stars I would. There is bass that thumps and its very clear more then OEM (2016 4Runner) It sounds just like the big boys, JBL Infinity Alpine and all the expensive ones. If someone has something bad to say that it is lacking of course it’s not going to be perfect. It’s $40 (on sale right now) these speakers are amazing and up there. Driving experience is so much better now lol. If you’re looking to upgrade from speakers, this is a huge jump from OEM at half the price. Very very happy. Fit our 2016 4Runner. (Remember to have to buy speaker brackets and harness Metra is a good brand) it’s easy plug and play after that. Must upgrade from OEM!!!

Preface: This isn’t to say these don’t sound good, they do sound better that not having rear speakers for a year. So take this as “don’t expect greatness.” Got these is, first time installing speakers in a car. Desoldered my old speakers and installed some connectors for these. Got them connected and the one on the left rounds pretty good. The right speaker has this slight interference sound to it. Like back in the day when someone would make a phone call near a car antenna. It’s a low hiss on everything. I figured maybe they need to warm up so I’m giving them another day or so before deciding if they’re bad, but I’ll say they’re fine for what I paid, but another $20 could have gotten a better name. Oh, also had to buy an adapter kit for the speakers to fit in the car. Remember that when you buy them.

Full disclosure, I got these for 50% off and pretty much made the purchase because the price was so good. I had never heard of the MB Quart brand previously. I wanted to get better speakers than the OEM ones my Crown Victoria had but I didn't want to deal with having two amps. So, these looked like an ideal fit and with the price it was a no brainer. The 6x9's are quite a bit larger than the OEM 6x9's and did not fit in the cutouts. I contemplated making the cutouts larger but ended up drilling new holes and using some insulation to fill the gaps. I did end up having to cut holes into the rear deck mat to accomodate the new speakers. Now, as far as performance, I couldn't be more pleased. They are EXACTLY what I was looking for. These sound better the BOSS 6x9's that require 150w RMS and therefore a seperate amp that I also own, and they are only being pushed by an average touchscreen Sony head unit. Having two amps, for me at least, is a huge and unecessaey pita and now I don't need an extra! Huzzah! Highly recommended! 👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

For the money they perduce great sound, but you have to put a lot of power behind them to get that clean crisp highs with the thump you want from the base, nice midrange as well.

I’ve been in installing Audio systems for 30+ years and I’ve never been disappointed with any MB Quart products. Although these are their entry level speakers, they are excellent quality and very good sounding.. You cannot go wrong with this series and would not spend more…
