So, I mix one part Sunflower Jasmine Tea 0.5 LB (227 g) with two parts Ti Kuan Yin Oolong (this is an example of one from the Fujian Province that appears to be similar to the one I use, Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea - Iron Goddess of Mercy ; the particular brand I use isn't offered here at the marketplace, but comes from a dedicated online tea company who does offer other products here including two other notable favorites : The Republic of Tea, Comfort & Joy Tea, 50-Count and Blackberry Sage Full-Leaf Loose Black Tea (3.5 oz), by The Republic of Tea (and can also be found by typing, "Ti Kuan Yin Full-Leaf," into Chrome, or the search engine of your choice). These leaves do not impart much color to the tea they produce, tempting one to infuse for longer periods of time.
