This is actually the 4th of these bras I have purchased. I have been on a health journey over the last year and have gone down several sizes. Each bra not only fit as expected, but has provided excellent support in a way that is more comfortable than any other sports bra I've previously owned. The lack of underwire is key for me and the second layer with customizable support holds me in place whether I am jogging or doing HIIT. Will absolutely purchase again!

Glamorise custom control double layer sports bra is my dream come true! A woman must have designed them. I could kiss the design team! Let me count the ways I love thee! I have 8 of these in 32 I. Yes I. I am 5’3” and 135 pounds and size 8 jeans. I wear medium t-shirts. My upper chest arm-pit to arm pit measurement is 34 inches. My underbust measurement is 28 inches and my fullest bust measurement is 37 inches. I wear the 32 I. I followed the directions for size finding based off the company directions. But I found that you need to take the fullest part of your bust measurement minus the underbust rib cage measurement to give the correct difference in inches. If I’d used the Glamorise above bust minus fullest bust I would be a 32 B. However, taking the largest bust minus the under bust gave me the correct size 32 I. So I ordered the 32I and it fit perfectly!I ordered every brand of sports bra available in 32 I or equivalent from Amazon and I did a 5 minute jump in place or my bounce test at home. I sent back all the other brand I tried except for GLAMORISE because they were extremely painful and left deep red marks in my shoulders! I hate sports bras made by lingerie companies: Syrokan, Freya, Panache, Shock Absorber, and Enell (all of which caused extreme shoulder and neck pain and had zero support. In short they are torture devices!). I hate ENELL’s flagship sports bras because they kill my shoulders. I could not wear it more than 5 minutes. But the. ENELL’s racer back style is a million times worse! It was hands down the most painful on my neck and shoulders. I returned them both. I absolutely LOVE LOVE, LOVe my GLAMORISE custom control double layer sports bra and I will be a faithful customer for life! Brooks Moving Comfort used to make a 32 G (European cup) Embody (model) sports bra but they’ve discontinued them. And it’s too small. The new Brooks models that say 32 G aren’t not a European G but a US size G Which is considerably smaller by two cup sizes! And Brooks no longer makes cups as large as I need. I want to lose 35 pounds. Once I lose weight I will still BUY GLAMORISE sports bras as they are the most comfortable, supportive sports bra I have ever owned! I can and do wear them all day, every day. I do 30-40 minutes of HITT and TABATA cardio 5-6 times a week and lift heavy weight 3 times a week in the GLAMORISE. I do layer my old too small Brooks Jubralee 32 F over the top of my Glamorise sports bra when I am on my cycle because my breasts are super, super, super sensitive but the other 3 weeks of the month I don’t need to have the extra compression from a smaller sports bra over the top. This is my holy grail sports bra and if my house was on fire I would run back in to get my Glamorise sports bra. I am a customer for life baby! I hope my measurements helps. Buy some. Figure out your size.

UPDATE: Decided to return. I tried it on again and put a t-shirt on and did not like at all! I am not sure if it's because the underneath/bra is still a little loose or poor side stitching. It looks very unflattering and that you are "cold" and very distracting. The stitching on side protrudes. Also, I do not want hassle of getting a smaller size again only to find out I do not like bra. Maybe if you are lucky to get sizing correct, you will have better luck. Unfortunately not for me!I read through many reviews and initially ordered a 34 G but the cups were too baggy. I had plenty of room around band and was thinking about ordering a 32 but listened to reviewers who mentioned band was tight esp in black. I am glad I went with 34 F because the 32 would have been way too tight. The 34 F cups fit well but the 34 band fits like a 30. I agree the sizing chart posted is useless with how they want you to determine your size. I purchased this bra because my friend raves about hers, which is the wire version. Since I preferred to have no wire I was going to base sizing on her experience. I am glad I didn’t since she suggested I go with 32F cuz her style ran bigger. I am normally a 32 F or G. For reference My under bust/rib cage measures at 29. I am small frame. I haven’t worn it yet but feel as if I will like it for walking on treadmill or for every day. Sizing is an issue though.

I bought two bra: Glamorise Women's Plus Size No-Sweat Mesh Sports Bra Wirefree #1068 and Glamorise Women's Double-Layer Custom-Control Sport wire free (this one). Although this one was one size bigger in cup it was tight. It is made to bounce control and working out and this is fine with it but as you get warmer , the strap at the chest starts feeling really uncomfortable. On the other hand, #1068 felt more comfortable although it does not control bouncing or not at all firm. I do not understand the material composition is same for both. I am wearing Glamorise for almost 11 years now but somehow there is some problem in every kind. I have at least 4 tee-shirt bra which are completely new, I never could wear as they keep flopping and loosening the strap in the back.

I was looking for a bra that was supportive and comfortable. I have large, dense breasts, and a lot of sports bras do not offer enough support and I have more "bounce" than I should. Often times the bras do not offer enough side coverage (and my breasts spill out the sides). I ordered 4 sports bras based on reviews and returned 2 of them. This bra offers full support so it cannot exactly be worn under a small tank without showing. That's okay with me. It is not an unattractive bra. It is probably the best sports bras I have ever owned.

I normally wear size 30D in fashion bras (34" bust, 30" band), and in sports bras usually 32B. So I ordered size 32B and 32C in this bra to try. It is hard to find a good high impact bra in this size.The 32C is too small. Excellent support, NO bounce! But there is flesh pouching out at the side breast/armpit area which to me suggests the bra doesn't come up high enough there.I will be ordering 32D and see how it goes!

I know sizes aren't universal, but if you buy it according to the measurements you take right beforehand, you would expect it to fit at least somewhat normally. Returning.

Great support and fit. Bit pricey but defo worth it to be supported at the gym 🤣🤣🤣

Very comfortable

I've tried many running bras over the years, but never found one that was spacious, comfortable and fully supportive. For women who are slightly more well endowed than average like I am (I wear a 36C), I highly recommend this.
