Can it be used in gloves as well?

I can't see any reason why not. Its just a spray so will dry normally. Trainers and shoes are made of different materials and the spray is fine.

What chemicals and ingredients does it contain?

Butane, isopropyl alcohol, propane, isobutane, 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1, 3-diol, undecyenic acid, parfum, alpha-isomethyl lonone, geranium, hydroxycitronellal, linalool, linen, butylphenyl methlpropional. Hope this helps x
