Very comfortable and flexible shoe.
Product is good, but thread stitch for sole is missing make the boot less durable when accidentally get wet. Used the shoe for eight months, very comfortable and flexible. Advice to thread stitch from shoe maker before wearing to increase the durability of the shoe.

Pathetic response by Amazon.
First time the product was defected and I put in a request for replacement. The replacement came on 8Jan...same issues with stitching. Put in a request immediately on 8th jan for return (the day I got the replacement and opened the package). 9th jan it was picked up..today is 13 jan and the product has still.not being received by the seller. Once the seller receives the product...I'll get my refund in another 5 business days. Is this a joke amazon ?????? Avoid this product due to bd service by amazon, faulty timelines and average product quality
