I actually bought the smaller blue bottle originally. It had such a positive effect on me that I wanted a larger bottle and the only one available was this extra strength so I went with this one. I honestly haven't noticed any real difference between the regular and the extra. I've been using the extra longer (I'm on my second bottle) and its been fantastic. A few years ago I had gotten in an accident. I needed surgery on my leg, and that combined with the stress, had a very negative effect on my hair. I've always had very fine, thin hair. And the hair I was brushing out daily was becoming alarming. I started to notice my hairline getting even thinner and I knew I had to do something about this. I found this product by chance on Amazon and decided to try it out. It has helped with more than just hair loss. I used to suffer from dandruff and just general build up on my scalp. It would sometimes even be painful and leave welts. My hair would be greasy and unclean looking at the end of the day, despite showering in the morning. With this shampoo, my scalp has healed. My skin feels normal and there is no longer any build up of any kind. My hair stays cleaner longer, well into the next day. And I can tell my hair has gotten thicker and I no longer pull out huge clumps of hair out of my brush. I also use a scalp massager that I found also Amazon. Another person rating this shampoo suggested it, and it really helps add to the lather and help you leave it in longer. (the bottle says about 2 minutes) I am amazed at what this has done for my quality of life. My hair feels light and clean, it looks great and it feels great. I don't think I will ever buy any other kind of shampoo. I think I have found my lifelong shampoo of choice. If you are unsure if you want to try this, maybe try the blue kind first. I had no issues with that and the extra works fantastically. I would say that I have somewhat sensitive skin, and this has given me no issues whatsoever.

This a very good shampoo and by far the best shampoo I have ever bought. Also, I have used this shampoo since Mid 2021. It smells pretty good and that scent is entirely sandalwood oil. The ingredients are good and high quality. I have noticed a difference in my hair after the 1st use. My hair is more manageable and was easy to comb through. My hair feels way softer than before. There is no dryness when after rinsing and drying. My hair is not shedding 150-200+ hairs a day. Nowadays I shed a healthy 20-70 hairs a day which is awesome. This shampoo also put a stop to DHT. My scalp always would tingle and that signaled that DHT was active. Now I don't even worry about DHT at all. Even the shampoo absorbs fast in 2-3 minutes as said on the label. The shampoo absorbs in very short amount of time. There is no burning feeling or no tingling sensation when the shampoo is being absorbed into the scalp. My hair is also growing at a faster rate. That is only due to the biotin and the 8 essential oils in the shampoo. Each ingredient is catered towards your hair and contributes to better overall hair. Also don't expect fast results it takes time to work. The shampoo truly delivers on what is being sold to the consumers. I would highly recommend this shampoo to anyone who wants to improve their hair.

I have an issue with hair loss for the past 20 years and I still do. My hair was very thin that's why my head was constantly shaving or I had very short. But since discovering this product 2 years ago my hair loss is under control not only that if I use any product other than this the itchy scalp and hair loss comes back to cut the long story short my hair has grown so long that I have 16 inch length hair.. That's My experience and all what I can say if you have un wirh issued hair loss like me try this product you have nothing to lose.
