So I bought this as my back up a while back like 3 months ago give or take but my first one went bad then I installed this one which was my back up and now it's done too.Why the hell do they keep going bad?Everything works fine.I used a different brand and it seems to be no problem

SR2100 on the cheap
Love the size, price, and bind button. The only thing this is missing in comparison to the SR2100 racing receiver for three times the cost is the built-in antenna and, for an $80 savings, I can live with out that.

Great receiver!!
Great and light weight receiver. Works great and binds with my 5 channel surface Spektrum transmitter. Make sure to get antenna outside carbon fiber body of boat or car. I had mind laying across boat hull and lost reception a hundred yards or so. I moved antenna into vertical tube exiting boat hull and that fixed the issue.

Excellent range and response time in a tiny package.
I have these great little receivers installed in a Tekno SCT410.3 short course truck that is used on large outdoor tracks, two Losi Mini-B buggies and an Associated B6.4 carpet buggy. They all work flawlessly and have excellent range even with the antennas tucked away inside the receiver box or just lying flat against the chassis. The simple "Bind" button is much easier to use compared to the jumper cable I have for my older Spektrum receivers. I use the Spektrum DX5C transmitter for all of my R/C vehicles. It's an excellent value and works well for my needs. Unless you are a professional racer with a big budget, don't sink tons of money into the other super expensive transmitter / receiver brands.

Quality Rx - But getting to pricey compared to other brands out there
I am in the Spektrum ecosystem, so these receivers are essential. I like the Spektrum quality of items, however with the prices of these receivers going up, I would recommend going to another brand of transmitter/receivers. a star taken off for overpricing these.

Dmsr and sr are different in radio you can use This is perfect for one project, I'm use on the single ch radio
