Great grill. I set it up fairly quickly, just make sure you give yourself some space and expect a lot of packaging. It stands at a perfect hight for a 6 foot adult, no need to bend over a grill and a lot of space on the grill. A lot of good features on it, one being that you can raise the coals closer to the food to better control the heat when cooking. I've used it a few times since purchasing and it has never let me down. Good quality.

After reading some of the reviews I thought I was in for a long afternoon assembling this bbq, however this was not the case. The instructions weren't perfect but good enough and it followed a methodical approach to the build. The bbq itself is very stylish and was my first time not using a gas bbq and the experience was a good one.

Here is my experience after using the bbq one time. 1. It arrived fast and nicely boxed but the handle that adjusts the tray broke upon first contact. It was welded lighly in three places. I panicked tried to glue it or fix it considering various options but all proved futile. I contacted the UK store and asked for the spare part. I could have replaced it entirely as refund and replace option was available, but it looked like a looooot of hussle for me. So, I chose a small partial refund (I bought it rather expensive as its price dropped immediately after). Now, it turns out thee amazon account is rus from germany and i had to contact them, asked to send the spare part and they sent me what I asked within 3-4 days. I was really surprised how great and effective this was. 2. Overall the quality looks OK. IT is very thin material and some parts are not very sturdy as you see. But for the price and knowing that the seller is repliable you could buy it. When I used it for BBQ it was great. People were impressed with the shiny look since it was used ata party first.

This thing’s great! Took a while to put together and make sure you’ve got your tools to hand when you do. After that it looks great and works really well. I lit it, loaded it up with charcoal and it was hot enough to cool on for about 3-4 hours. I especially like the temperature guide on the top which gave me a very good idea when I needed to raise or drop the charcoal tray level. Great addition of the bottle opener on the front as well, just could do with something to catch the bottle tops once you’ve opened your beer! I fed 15 people comfortably with this and was hot enough to do more if I wanted. Overall well recommended and brilliant value for money!

Great item. Much better upgrade to my old drum style bbq. Was fairly easy enough to assemble although the pictures are quite small in the manual and some of the parts are hard to distinguish but not impossible to understand. Make sure you tighten up the hinges of the lid as mine were very loose on delivery and the instructions do not tell you to this. Overall build time was around 40mins on my own. One side vent was also bent after coming out of the box but was easy enough to fix. This bbq cooks well, large cooking space and the adjustable charcoal tray is great as it let's you cook at the right temperature. Very happy overall well worth £100

I’ve always wanted a bbq, every time I smell it in summer, I pine for one. Having recently moved into a big enough pad, I immediately purchased one. Ripping the box open upon delivery I was ready to go “get some steaks, we’re barbecuing tonight!” I jovially chirped to my girlfriend. ‘Hmm a lot of parts here.’ I thought opening the box, ‘but no worry I’m good at building things.’ As soon as I read the front page of the instruction booklet and spotted a very obvious spelling error (save spelt SAVAE.) I began to worry, from that moment my day took a bigger nosedive than Tony Montana. The equipment was bent out of shape upon initial inspection but I must deliver these steaks I’d promised so I pressed on. Once I’d constructed the main body I encountered 4 legs only two of them labelled and the instructions are more of a guessing game, zero explanation, just very small non-detailed illustrations that require a magnifying glass. So it basically becomes a game of trial and error…Mostly error. I always used to laugh at poor Homer Simpson building his barbecue…But he must have purchased this one and I felt a strong empathy for the lad. Accompanying the many spelling mistakes are actual incorrect instructions “D1 screw in 3J.” Then after 35 minutes of scrabbling around, screwing/unscrewing my ever improving deciphering skills determined it wasn’t any of what the instructions were informing me. “It’s nearly 8 and getting dark, but I promised steaks.” Two of the legs were incorrect preventing me from attaching the table on the side and numerous other parts were missing. I eventually got the thing up going rouge and ignoring the instructions, various screws didn’t fit etc I just botched the thing together, it looks good but really I know it’s like latter Michael Jackson. I look at it from my window through narrowed eyes, feeling it’s contempt. I always wanted a bbq……But careful what you wish for. Those steaks never did get cooked and maybe one day they will and the whole thing will moonwalk down the garden and fall apart. I can’t stress enough how bad these instructions are and I tip my hat to any person that has fully constructed this abomination.

Product I'd say it's pretty much great if you especially compare it to the cost of it. Seems pretty steady, nice size, seems that is very easy to use. Edit: After first usage, BBQ is great, the firepit alla good woth plenty of space and everything. After cooling off, cleaning it is pretty easy too

Good bbq however side vents are bend on both sides. I would like to get it replaced as item is good and too heavy to send back.

Arrived with several parts broken and completely deformed. Stopped unpacking after seeing 2 of the first 4 parts had been damaged. Package was not damaged, must be a quality control issue. Unusable. Do not buy!

Arrivé en kit et avec une notice en anglais et une en Allemand, les schémas sont explicites car les grandes pièces sont facilement reconnaissables et les petites pièces sont numérotées. Si vous avez l'habitude de monter un meuble, c'est tout pareil (J'en ai d'ailleurs du mal à comprendre les commentaires négatif relatifs au montage). Si vous pouvez être 2, c'est mieux et en une heure le tour sera joué. Résultat: le BBQ est très beau, nous l'avons utilisé deux fois en 3 jours, la grille est simple d'entretien (se nettoie facilement), le plateau du combustible amovible est particulièrement pratique, ainsi que le tiroir à cendre. Pour la robustesse, il s'agit de tôles pliées, donc ce n'est pas ce qui est le plus rassurant quand on prend en main les pièces séparément, mais une fois assemblé c'est costaud. Bref, (sans commune mesure avec la solidité d'un char d'assault) c'est un bon compromis entre solidité et légèreté.

Haven't used the grill yet but the product design and assembly procedure deserve a 5* Had a little difficulty with delivery but it was solved contacting the amazon.

Per me che cercavo il modo di poter grigliare sul balcone di casa, è stato un grande inizio, ma considerate che le mie precedenti esperienze erano con la classica "fornacella" traballante, di metallo sottile (e magari arrugginito), combattendo tra griglie appoggiate, sporcizia ovunque e classiche scottature. Nulla di tutto questo, questo un oggetto ben pensato, organizzato (ma direte voi, come tutti i BBQ pensati allo scopo....), ma voglio comunque riportare l'opinione di un utente "normale": 1) abbastanza facile da montare, con calma e qualche chiave l'ho montato in poco meno di 2h(mi spiace per gli utenti che hanno fatto a gara a chi lo montava, o dichiarava di averlo montato, in 60, 50, 45, 40 min...), facendo attenzione ad aprire tutti i pezzi mantenendo un certo ordine per evitare eccessivi smadonnamenti in caso di restituzione. Sarò stato fortunato, ma nonostante lo scatolo era leggermente rovinato (credo colpa del corriere) tutti i pezzi erano singolarmente e perfettamente imballati, nessun graffio/ammaccatura, e nessun problema in fase di montaggio con accoppiamenti (a me è sembrato che il tutto fosse prova di un maturo grado di ingegnerizzazione del progetto e dei materiali). Una volta montato, ho resistito solo un giorno poi l'ho provato: ho usato la carbonella, riponendola sul ripiano dove avevo steso un foglio di carta stagnola per evitare di sporcarlo troppo, trucchetto che ha funzionato alla perfezione, anche in fase di pulizia ho rimosso i residui di carbone in un attimo ;). Per farla breve... dopo alcune grigliate ora ne apprezzo tutte le comodità, il ripiano, la facilità di pulizia ( meglio pulirlo ogni volta) ed anche la discreta robustezza. Per il prezzo pagato credo sia davvero un ottima scelta. Lo consiglio a chi inizia e magari a chi nn vuole o non può spendere troppo. Infine, attenti alle dimensioni: io sono stato fortunato anche in questo, non ci avevo fatt caso e sul balcone va alla perfezione ma ammetto che è molto più grande di quanto mi aspettassi.
