Great electric underfloor kit. Easy to use and gives out gd heat over a few hours. Fitted it over the wooden and concrete floor (insulated in the floor space under wooden floor) East to fit cables and connector and control box

This is the second time I have bought one of these kits and I am delighted with them both. The kit is really easy to install and the matting easy to cut (DON'T CUT THE WIRES!!!!). All of the components are good quality and the installation guide is easy to follow. Definitely recommend putting the primer down to improve stickiness before you screed.The control panel is a little difficult if, like me, you don't read the instructions beforehand! I've had this system installed in my bathroom for 4 months now and I love the luxurious feel of a heated floor in the morning.

Bought this for a new bathroom. The install itself was easy enough but my advice would be to speak to a tiler before installing to get their input. I put this matt down on top of the Nassboard insulation which was direct to floorboards. I later found out that this is a tiling no no (on the day they tiler turned up!). So i had to take it all up and put tile backer board down before reinstating the matt. Now that it is in and tiled it works perfectly- although i am still getting my head around the controls.

I am writing this based on the review I had off my builder that I stalled it for me. Price wise he said it was fantastically priced. The LCD screen is very clear to read and easy to use. He was very happy too that the power cable was flat, making it easier to lay tiles over. It keeps the floor at a great temperature and works well.

Its mY second purchase. Made a small mistake when ordered the matt abit to big but the seller sorted it straigth away. Installation is not hard but you will need a qualified electrician to install it. Heats the room really well. Well made. Thermostat depending on your options works well too.

I ordered the Nassboards Premium Pro underfloor heating kit early March 2022 which arrived well packaged, earlier than expected, with easy to understand instructions. A few days later I had installed it and tiled the new shower room floor. Only this week, end of April did the electrician turn up to install the thermostat and connect the electrics. After he had powered it up he showed me a dark mark on the screen, indicating damage. I sent photos of the screen to Nassboards, by email, and within an hour they replied saying they would send a replacement. In less than 24 hours it was delivered! No arguments about who, when or how the Thermostat was damaged. No quibble, just first class Customer Service. THANK YOU NASSBOARDS, you're a rare breed!

All round great product, quality is good and it’s easy to install and cut, the size of the Matt was great but then that’s what I ordered but comes in all shapes and sizes. You wouldn’t even know it’s on dead quiet with nice warm feet.
