Product arrived quickly. It works as promised. The paper towels can be ripped off with one hand. The quality of the product is excellent.

This papertowel holder is a Rock Star! I am on the kitchen a Lot and always have one hand in something. I can tear a papertowel off using my other hand! I don’t waste what I don’t need as it tears off every time! I love it! I wish I would have ordered it years ago!

It's been a couple of weeks that I have bought this and so far I'm pretty happy with using it!

I really liked the idea and the product while it lasted. Unfortunately the arm that holds the paper towel to enable us to get the paper with one hand it is made of plastic where it connects to the base - so it brakes very easily.

Less than 1 Star. The weight of it is important to me. That was good. It’s the arm that’s supposed to let you tear sheets off with one hand...it just shreds the paper towel. Then it tips over.

This is false advertisement. It does not even come close to doing what it says. It does not tear off one sheet at a time. It falls over. To return it would cost more and to much of a hassle.

The arm is very delicate. Too delicate for paper towels in my opinion. Snapped in half. Waste of money.
