My Little Pony Crystal Twilight and Rainbow Dash

My granddaughter has recently decided that My Little Ponies are her new obsession, so for Valentine's Day, this was the perfect present. I ordered it on Wednesday knowing that with the Amazon Prime free 2 day shipping I would be all set. When I placed order, it indicated that if I wanted it by Friday, I would have to do over night shipping (even though it would be 2 days and not over night). No problem - I was willing to pay the overnight charge just to get it in time for our "Galentine's" Day dinner. I was so disappointed when I came home from work to grab her present and run over for our date and it wasn't here. Well, it said by 8 PM so maybe it was running late, so I grabbed a couple of back up presents I had stashed and explained to her that part of her present didn't arrive. When I came home that night, there was still no package so I logged on to track the package and I found the it just shipped....like now! I was so disappointed because I literally shop on Amazon for everything and I have always gotten my order on time. I emailed Customer Service and let them know of the problem. I received the quickest response! They indicated that if it didn't arrive on that date, to let them know. When it didn't arrive, they refunded the additional money I paid for over night shipping and indicated that if it didn't arrive by Tuesday of the following week, they would refund my purchase price. They also extended my Amazon Prime membership by 1 month to compensate me for my inconvenience. Amazon customer service is the best customer service I have ever dealt with! I will continue to buy everything I need from Amazon because once in a blue moon you run into a problem and they make it right with no questions asked! You can't beat that!

4 year old son loves these two so I was *really* excited to find them as a set. I wish I could find a non-alicorn Twilight Sparkle now but he likes them a lot. The hair doesn't get as crazy as the larger ponies. They are bigger than the 3-inch blind bag ponies but they appear to be smaller than the "normal" sized ponies (I may be comparing based on the ones I played with, we don't own 100 ponies from Friendship Is Magic that aren't the 3-inch molded ones).

I love Rainbow Dash, but I'm beginning to have too MANY Dashies. She comes in many sets. I should start leaving her bundled and sell her on Ebay or on Amazon as a seller. I love her all the same. What Brony doesn't? Anyhoo, here's a good way to get both Dash and Princess Twilight as her new ALicorn self! For 12.99, unless it goes up, which Amazon keeps doing. (Knock it off Amazon) I had to pull all the tinsel out of Twiley's hair, it drives me NUTS. Even though I'm just letting her sit there on display, that tinsel spouting every which way kills me. I had to rip it out. To each their own. I kind of hate how they used Princess Cadance's mold for Twilight, too. How come they can't just make a new one for the new Twilight? CHEAP Hasbro, cheaaaap.

I bought the My Little Pony Princess Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash Figures for my three year old daughter who is obsessed with My Little Pony. They are cute toys and come with some cute little accessories. My daughter loves playing with them. They are durable and after five months of play they are still in good condition. Their hair has gone somewhat wild which I have noticed happened to all of her ponies but I haven’t actually tried anything to fix it and she doesn’t mind at all. The little pieces can be hard for young children to keep track of so I think they may be more for older children.

These are great miniature My Little Ponies! I bought them for my niece for Christmas to accompany the My Little Pony radio controlled car. The car comes with one, but can fit 3-4. She adored both gifts. They are quite a bit different than the My Little Ponies I remember from way back, but still pretty great. I love that they are making a comeback! So fun! I highly recommend!

my daugher loves this pony and all mlp's but, we bought it online and of course we saw it in the store the next week for a couple bucks cheaper. unless you are desperate to get it and can't find it, get it at the store. otherwise, its a good product and if you are a mlp freak like my daughter, you will love it.

These Pony figures arrived quickly and were of excellent quality. They were a gift for my grand daughter's birthday. They were her favorite present. Excellent products and well worth the money.

Love the other ponies, my daughter was super excited to finally get Twilight with wings. Opened the box and gasped. An awful smell hit us right away. I don't know how to explain it. Like a burnt plastic, chemically, paint smell. We have most of the other ponies so know this is not a usual issue with these. Tried washing Twilight & a tiny bit better but still have the smell. Very strong & lingers on my hand. No way I am giving this to a child to play with. Tears from her. Going to return and very disappointed in this issue.
