Really sucks that the inside of both shoes are falling apart bc my husband really liked them comfort wise - hundreds of tiny pieces stuck to the heel of my husbands socks…. UPDATE - I contacted the seller who informed me of heel grips which I never knew existed 😄🤦🏼‍♀️ Boots are under warranty and will be replaced! I would recommend you buy heel protectors for this boot to avoid excessive wearing!

I’ve been wearing Mets for 10 years. Previous have all been lace up boots and I had a strong preference for external Mets.I bought got these based on recommendation of a friend. Love the slip on style as I spend more time in office than on the floor.I’m glad I waited for review. They took time to break in and become comfortable. Now they are awesome. On day 2 I was in doubt.Strongly recommend use of shoe horn. I can’t swear that the heel counter will fail without, but the met guard adds a lot of resistance to step in. These aren’t loafers.Biggest criticism is these are big shoes. I needed to repolish after 1st week. A bigger toe guard would prevent a lot of scuffs

These shoes are under size for what they say they are. I have older pair of same shoe which were great. Seller will not take back because I wore them , but it’s the only way I know how to see if they fit is by wearing them. So I will not buy these shoes online only in a brick and mortar store

My struggle is always with getting the right size to fit my custom orthotics and not have my circulation cut off across the top of my foot. I always order about a 1/2 size larger to accommodate. These shoes, with my inserts are comfortable enough for daily wear. Most folks I work with don't wear their PPE daily because no one really makes a comfortable PPE shoe (in my experience). These *are* comfortable. The inserts that came in them are the most comfortable "factory" insoles I've ever experienced. I actually took them out and put them in my Sunday shoes. I wear those for a couple hours on Sundays and, to me, those insoles are a remarkable thing in themselves.If your looking for slip on PPE (even if you don't need room for custom inserts, these should be perfect for you.

great strong shoe ..solid and firm footing with this one. I bought them for my husband and he is very pleased and walking so much better..helps with posture too. Fit is as expected..a little tight initially at heel when trying to put on so I would recommend a shoe horn for the first week but leather is great and stretches out very quickly for a great fit.

My place of work is requiring us to wear shoes with metatarsal protection and I work in the office but spend a certain portion of time on the shop floor so I wanted a low top, or slip on shoe, and there aren't many options so I went with these. I am not sure if the shoes are that uncomfortable or if that is just how the metatarsal protection is supposed fit. Time will tell once I get them broke in.

comfortable shoes, even with metatarsal plate. i bought for work but they are so comfortable i even walk the dog in them. just size is a little larger than a normal size 11 but can wear thick socks if i need to
