Deegoo [4-Pack] MG996R 55g Metal Gear Torque Digital Servo Motor for Futaba JR RC Helicopter Car Boat Robot

These Servos are in all of my Fleet of Airplanes..Priced excellent making the hobby affordable to the rugged durability they have. They have metal gears and alot of torque. You simply cannot go wrong..These are my first choice Brand Servos and so far have never failed me.

Work as expected for my dust collector project

Direct fit for Traxxas 2018 and 2055 (and likely all other standard-size Traxxas) servos. Spline counts are the same as those Traxxas servos, so servo savers and servo horns are a direct swap onto these. All six worked out of the package. They don't claim to be waterproof, but they should be able to take a splashing (not so much being submerged). Torque at 6.0v of these MG996R is rated at 167oz/in which is much improved over the 72oz/in of the Traxxas 2018 or the 86 oz/in of the Traxxas 2055. No gear chatter and they do not twitch. Probably not going to win any competitions with these (except maybe a stock class?) but for a better-than-stock replacement, overall very satisfied for the price.

Appears to be of quality construction, operates as intended. Running off a stock BEC, speeds seem acceptable for airplane flight. They are fairly good at self-centering from either direction. Out of the many I have bought, I think only one died prior getting it in the air. The installation was fine and properly powered up well. However, when I went to the field, I had one that would not power up. Trouble shooting led me to believe it had died. So maybe a fault in the factory construction?

not bad price for full gear servos, tested seem strong and no problems

Great product. A nice upgrade from my MG90 servos. They're sturdy, run smoothly, and have much more torque than the micro servos.

1 of the 4 did not work at all. I dont know if this is typical or a one-off. What I can say is that the two that are currently in use are working as they should. I would use these in other builds.

me gusto sirve demasiado bien para diversos trabajos y los engranes de metal evitan que se barra con facilidad y adema soportan un poco mas
