A: Thank you for contacting Wella! Using in conjunction with our Color Charm 20V Crème Developer will provide great conditioning as well as excellent gray coverage!

**Q: Does the developer harm your hair?**
A: It can be very drying to your hair, but I always use deep conditioners or a protein conditioner that sits on for 10-15 mins a few days before I do my hair to get my hair as strong and healthy as I can and then the day after I tone I deep condition.

**Q: Do you have to use a 20 vol. developer w/this toner? Thank you.**
A: Hi! Thank you for contacting us. Our Colorcharm liquid hair toners should be used in a 1:2 ratio with our Colorchrm 20 Volume Developer. Develop for up to 30 minutes. We hope this was helpful!
