There isn't any Hawaiian brand of Chlorella that I'm aware of. This brand, from Taiwan, seemed to be a good introduction to this supplement. It has a pleasant grassy aroma. I took 4 tablets at once to begin with. Every 8 hours I took 4 more. By the second day, I felt a wholesome comfort in my mood that I really wasn't expecting. I attribute that to this Chlorella supplement. I can't say that all Chlorellas are equally as good as this brand is, but I imagine that they couldn't be any better. For the price, this is a good introduction to the goodness of Chlorella. I doubt you would be disappointed.
