The chair is great, let me start with that. Wonderful investment that has my back feeling refreshed and without tension. I do not have a great back so thank you for this. Love the foot rest! And that the armrest is adjustable! Armrest was probably my biggest purchasing decision. Lounging in this chair can induce long naps... Moves up and down with great range AND the chair prevents you from accidentally tipping backwards. LOL gives you a small heart attack if you aren't ready. Base is good, solid and rolls very easily on a mat... Rolls well on carpet, compared to most computer chairs. Cushions aren't incredibly soft, but comfortably firm. I don't think of this as a bad thing, I like firmer furniture. Though its on the firm side, your body will still sink into the chair very quickly. If you like softer cushions, this may not be for you... But objectively speaking, its a wonderfully comfortable chair. Shipping was quick, prompt, and the shipping assembly protected the item well through transit. GREAT Seller for Non-Prime items, so do not let that discourage you. Installation time was nothing too exhausting, and felt to be easier than it was going to be. It could have been quicker if the instructions were tailored to the specific model I had purchased (see instruction issues). Some MINOR Cons: -pillow cannot be tightened to hold higher positions... You basically have to pin your head against it to where you are comfortable. - instructions were not specific to my chair's model... Definitely was a different chair's instructions but very similar (I was able to understand the next steps, just took a little extra time). The instructions are also poorly put together (i.e. they labeled certain components with certain alphabetic letters... But then some of those letters were different on the physical items). As long as you have put together Ikea furniture, pay attention to detail and do not rush, you can easily install this chair flawlessly the first time. I did on my first attempt. - If you HATE firm chairs, I might look elsewhere. But as I have said, its a SUPER comfortable chair in my opinion. I don't feel its that firm, personally.

I bought this product based on the good reviews but it has only been disapointment after disapointment. I weight 190 pounds not even close to the aleged 300 lbs max weight of this chair and yet the cylinder colapses every time I seat and just now the backrest broke internally. Other details would be the materials on the bottom are also subpar, 3 months of use and its already flat and uncomfortable to sit on. Overall a terrible purchase, stay away from this chair and save a little more to get a better brand. -Update- Desino got in contact with me and offered me a refund or a new chair. Opted for the latter to give them another chance. This new model feels higher quality and I hope it doesn't get the same issues my old chair had. I will update this review again if that would happen. I appreciate the new footrest as it looks more sturdy than the old one as well as the overall assembly is now way easier with only one tool needed (which is included). At least the customer service is on par to a good company.

I'll be brief. This chair is very comfy and was pretty easy to assemble. Aside from a few mislabeled screws in the manual that caused me an extra few minutes to figure out, the instructions were very clear. Once you have it set up and sit in it, it's bound to feel good on your toosh. It's got quite a lot of range to recline the back too, which has been nice while watching videos. The foot rest left me wanting though. It's supported by two thin metal rods that don't feel very stable and I can't imagine being able to use it if I was any heavier or taller (I'm 6'1, 180ish lbs). I removed the lumbar support pillow almost immediately because it's not very soft and just feels super awkward. The head pillow is nice though and offers some room to adjust for height, which was nice. The chair also has a pretty nice gas lift on it that provides good low and high seating positions. But my biggest issue is with the arm rests. Although they're pretty comfy to rest my arms on, the darn things won't stay in place. There's no locking mechanism to hold them in the angle you tilt them towards, and any time I put a little weight on them, they move and I have to click them back into place. All that said, this is a good chair for the price point and I'll be getting good use out of it over the coming years, I'm sure.

So let me just say this I know I just got it August 1st 2019 but wow I went from a wooden kitchen chair to this and I can say it was definitely worth upgrading to this I searched and searched for a chair and looked at the reviews some where sketchy and some where terrible and I came across this and thought hmm 🤔 is a little sketchy some bad reviews I think a few like 3 or 5 and lost of good reviews so I went with this now let me explain something I’m 6foot tall and am very slim I’m 145 and this chair is perfect for me super comfy and soft So now let’s get into so depth details about this Pros 1. Nothing was broken 2. Supper comfy 3. Head rest and back rest 4. Very simple to put together 5. Direction where simple 6. Beautiful looks Cons 1. The pillows are non adjustable well the back one you can pull up and down but the head rest is loss and sits where it likes to 2. The leg rest needs a better indicator on how to instal I talk about it in video 3. The gas cover can be better 4. 😂 maybe package differently my armrest stabbed through the box 5. I’m a little upset but understand why it wasn’t included the picture here show that the arm rest are adjustable mine isn’t But overall beautiful chair love it and will keep updating!!!! And videos it won’t allow me so I will try something else

Pretty good chair, really sturdy and comfortable The footrest is good for putting up your feet on and all, but I really like the fact you can sit sitting cross legged on it The head rest and lumbar support both have zippers so you can take out the cushions and replace them with something thicker or thinner. That's something that was really nice since I felt they were both a bit too thick The actual seat itself rests on the leg in a position that's a little more forward than the center, which is actually great for the balance of the whole chair. When leaning the seat back, it never really feels like you're going to fall backwards but when sitting up it doesn't feel like you're going to fall forwards either The one complaint that I might have is that it's hard to sit with a foot under your thigh since the bottom seat tapers up on the sides and gets in the way. Usually sitting cross legged with the footrest up fills that urge to sit like that though

Okay im about like 5'5 and it fits me perfectly, its comfortable, and easy to put together, the only problems was that for one of the arms it was missing a screw or something and not that arm like works but its broken as in it can just turn 360 freely, but it, for me wasent enough to get a replacement because it didnt bother me that much, the other thing is that one of the side panels of the chair, just like the cover, its screws didnt fit, but that also didnt really bother me, the foot rest is good but it causes the chair to be unbalanced like if i tip forward to much while the foot rest is out it WILL tip over, and the last thing is when putting the chair together, only like the first page is useful, everything else you kinda just have to figure out by yourself but its not too hard. as my first gaming chair ive bought, its not AMAZING but for the price its good and expected!

Purchased gaming chair for my teenage son. I was tired of him sitting on the floor or on his bed while playing video games. Don’t want to be responsible for him having a bad back. He LOVES IT. The chair was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Would work great for a work at home job

The chair looks awesome. I use the back pillow for the head pillow, which I much prefer. The leg rest is awesome. The armrests can move which is like meh because they only engage at such large angles that no one would have them set to those angles anyway. However, I should have realized the chair has two raises on either side of the main butt cushion that your thighs dig into, making the chair, for me (5' 9", 200 lbs), very uncomfortable by itself. I always either have my legs up with the leg rest or have my feet propped up on a stool in front of me to take weight off my thighs digging into the sides of the chair. Very annoying, would not have bought if I knew this. I mean, I get they probably did this for the race car look but come on! Not practical at all considering one would like to spend hours in their gaming chair. The main cushion your butt sits on will hurt after probably 45 minutes, so I recommend a pillow and then it does a bit better. Overall, I'm amazed this is a labeled as a "gaming" chair as I cannot IMAGINE spending gaming hours in this thing. It is better than the wooden chair that was part of our dining set that I was using before so that's good. The tilting ability it has is great, the wheels are great, and the rocking is great. Now I just gotta take a saw to the sides of the seat and it will be golden!
