Looks great and the magnification is fantastic too. I wanted a double sided make up mirror so that one side was a dedicated 10x magnification so I could see up close when applying eye make up, but also needed on the other side a 1x for the overall face and this mirror does the trick! It can plug into the wall (European plug, so if in the UK you'll need an adapter) but also batteries can be used too (although I haven't tried this yet and don't really intend to) It is stylish and far better than the original one I had which was plastic and cheaper looking.
