This is the best milk chocolate for baking. It carries a wide range of other flavors very well, from caramel to passion fruit

Lovely flavor.
It feels kind of like wax, to be honest. But its flavor is so sweet and mellow and just perfect to snack on. My aunt couldn't stop stealing them and my sister fell in love. It's better than Callebaut, however don't put these in chocolate chip cookies. They are much too sweet for that. Delicious nonetheless.

Not easy to work with
Love this brand of chocolate but this variety disappointed. It was extremely difficult to get into and keep in temper. Results were streaky and not uniform. Won’t be using it again. Too expensive to have these kinds of problems. Doubt it’s the sellers issue but beware of this milk chocolate variety.

Be Careful...
The bag came ripped in the box. I would like to exchange it for a new one and there is no exchange in this product. I took several pictures to show that the bag came ripped.

Great Milk Chocolate
Not a huge milk chocolate fan, but ordered this to make candies for the holidays and it worked out very well both for enrobing as well as filling. Heat to 188 then work it down to about 84 and it is perfectly tempered.
