if you want good wings use this spice. they used to sell it with a cooking bag so i buy them myself. makes them fall off the bone. just broil them before serving to crisp them. lost of juice left over from cooking. use your favorite hot sauce.

I am not into Hot Wings so McCormick Original Buffalo Wing Seasoning Mix are just Perfect Mild and Not as Hot! My entire Family loves them I even send them to people who lives overseas, They always asking me for this Item and Maple Syrup. McCormick Original Buffalo Wings are hard to find at the Super Markets and I am glad Amazon.com carries them. I use them for the whole chicken it doesn't have to be just the wings and sometimes instead of using salt & Pepper I like to Sprinkle some of it on Chicken & Turkey Burgers, I even tried it with Fish and it was Good!I followed the recipe on the back of the McCormick Bag to make Buffalo Chicken Tenders, those are very Good! with 1/2 cup of Ranch Dressing and 1 Tablespoon of the Seasoning Mix and 1/4 cup of plain dry Bread Crumbs for 2 Pounds of Chicken Tenders, they are many recipes also for Potatoes on their Website and they are all very Good! There are 25 Calories per Tablespoon and Sodium 480 Mg. ...Thank You D.D.
