Just pulled some jerk chicken thighs off the grill after they marinated in this goodness for 2 days and this is my favorite chicken meal I've had this year. Every jerk marinade i get in the states fails to use scotch bonnets and puts loads of allspice in it. As soon as I open the bottle, my eyes lit up. This is legit- has my beloved scotch bonnets and no overpowering allspice! Super flavorful, brings me right back to the jerk cart in ochie! Little goes a long way so really excellent value. Yum yum!

I went to Jamaica for vacation last yr and this marinade made my chicken thighs taste exactly like tht! It was Soo good! If you can't handle spicy don't eat it, bc it contains scotch bonnet pepper! The amount of heat was very good, not too overwhelming and had loads of flavor! Can't wait to use the mailrinade again!

I used to buy this at a local international grocery, which stopped carrying it and on Amazon it is actually less expensive. I will put this in the rice cooker or in the pasta water when making my own sauce, egg noodle absorb the best. Works very well in more traditional cooking. The flavor is fantastic. The only draw back, is that the company does not separate out all the thyme stems, which does not soften with cooking. The curry and jerk both have this issue. This does have so much flavor, do not need much to go a long way with a superb taste and heat.

This is hands down my favorite jerk marinade. I was always a Walkerswood fan until it became almost impossible to find. I tried this out of desperation and haven't gone back. It's got great heat and flavor.
