Worst product ever
This is one of the worst products ever. I tried connecting it only today as I was not at home and as soon as I plugged it in, there was a short burst and smoke started coming out of the adapter. And since I am a day late, I'm unable to return it.

Opened box, and on day 1 the baby monitor unit is not turning on and not working. There is no warranty or support details as well. This is most expensive product in their category and disappointing to see this. 😥😥

I received a defective product
I am disappointed, I tried 3 hrs with every possible scenario to connect these devices but I failed and gave up, but no issues, the seller approved the refund instantly

Trash product, for your bin !
Absolute trash. Didn't work for even one minute. The baby units won't pair with the parent unit. The parent unit power goes off after every 30 seconds. Either I have got a faulty unit, or this is an absolute trash product.

I cannot get these monitors to connect. It worked for about 3 minutes and won’t work again. Total waste of money. Do not buy!
