Started taking this brand after some research. Took it for about 8 months. Helped lower my cholesterol 40 points....with none of the side effects of the cholesterol drugs Dr's prescribe.

I’m am now just finishing my first bottle of Berbercol. My last labs had a slight increase in cholesterol numbers. Rather than start a statin, I am trying this route. I can honestly say I have more energy. My cravings for sweet then salty have diminished. I have lost about 5 pounds in last month. I feel less bloated. I am anxious to see next lab results. I’m feeling they will improve greatly.

I always knew about berberine but never knew which to buy .I met a woman who told me this is what's worked for her so I ordered .I will definitely give this time .

Giving 5 stars because I have nothing negative to report. I have not had any recent blood work done to check my lipid levels. Have been taking for 5 - 6 months. In the meantime, I am trying to decipher the truth between conventional and alternative on the matter of cholesterol. Good grief.....

These supplements have been great for me for heart health and cholesterol levels. Been taking them consistently for two months now.
