Where do I start. It sounds like a 747 taking off in your bedroom but other than that. Really a pity. I wanted to like this thing because it's super cute and antiquey looking. It is far more attractive on the counter than a majority of fans but it was just too damn loud. I gotta say the company is really foolish because this thing had only two speeds and if there was a lower speed I might have tolerated a lesser noise but as it is, I bought a Vornado for a few bucks less and on the lowest of three speeds it is absolutely silent.

The fan is ridiculously powerful. So much so that it moves itself on my nightstand. It's already pretty heavy so it's either too powerful for its base or it needs a much heavier base.

Very loud, even on the lower setting. Over time it has lessened, but is still quite loud.

Fan looks nice and moves a good amount of air but it is loud for the small size.
