All reviews said you need this replacement lens. Does this make it waterproof as well? What should I be buying?** A: I am not sure which answer you are looking for, I purchased the replacement lens set and I am also a diver. So to answer your question I will describe each of the 3 total lense doors that i have. The original lense that came with my waterproof case works great for diving. I have personally had it to 125' with no problems. The second lense door that i use for diving is the flat one that came in the replacement lense door kit. I have had it to 125' as well with no problems. Either of these will work for diving. The original does give a slight fisheye image, that the flat one does not. The third lense is the second one int replacement door kit. It is designed for enhanced sound pickup and works on rainy days but is not for diving. I hope my somewhat longwinded answer helps you. I am glad that i purchased the replacement doors i have used both of them with good results. Mike W. **Q: does it fit with the AS20 case?** A: It does not fit stock AS20 case, which is SPK-AS2. However, AS20 can also use SPK-AS1 case, which is what this AKA-RD1 is for. **Q: Will these doors fit the SPK-AS2 case? The one that comes with the HDR-AS30V camera (the new camera with the ligher case)?** A: No, it does not fit SPK-AS2. However, SPK-AS2 is not for diving anyway.
