Acrylic + Gold Tape Dispenser - Weighted

I really like this Acrylic tape dispenser, it goes perfectly with all of my acrylic pieces to my office and with my glass computer desk. I love the clean lines and sophistication. It didn't come with tape, I used Scotch Magic tape 3/4"x 1000",810 roll, that's pictured next to it. It accommodates this tape perfectly. I like that the grooves are deep enough and that it sort of locks into place so that the roll doesn't come out when pulling to cut a piece of tape. Well made and sturdy. It's a bit heavier than my original acrylic tape dispenser that I've pictured with it. I actually like that about it. Sort of grounds it more when pulling the tape. Also has 4 rubber feet to ensure it doesn't slide around. I'm very pleased and would recommend it if your going for that sleek acrylic look like I have.Secondly, I was just thinking, if you have a sort of theme, like beach, or blues, or want to add color, there is plenty of room under where the tape sits to add something, like sand, or rocks, or beads, or even marbles. Just an after thought.

I ordered a few of the Russell+Hazel acrylic desk accessories and they are BEAUTIFUL! I'm so happy with the quality. However, the tape dispenser is supposed to have gold hardware but it's more of a rose gold tone. It doesn't quite match my other gold toned desk accessories and it kind of bugs me! Contemplating returning it but not sure yet... That's my only complaint though!

Received item scratched and a piece of it was broken. And some of the blade teeth were bent. The weight was good and sturdy

Really love the heaviness and sturdiness of this tape, but I must say I was a little disappointed that the color of the tape cutter was more of a rose gold color than a true gold. However, because of the quality and inability to really tell a difference in color I decided to keep it. Very beautiful item nonetheless
