Not organic, but the fact that they're non-GMO means there's "probably much less" glyphosate than there would be on glyphosate-resistant GMO produce. I sent some to a lab, and glyphosate residual came back as "ND" (none detected.) I'm not worried about it.

what is the best way to store these? I'm wondering how protective the jute bag is from rodents, bugs etc?

The lentils are inside a plastic bag inside the jute one. I've been storing some in a large jar and just tying the plastic bag shut for the rest. So far they have been fine. If you have issues with rodents chewing into stuff I would recommend putting in a glass jar. They keep well that way and it looks nice on a shelf.

Are they packaged airtight? I couldn't tell from the way the bag looks. Buying bulk. Thanks!

They are packaged in a cloth drawstring bag so not airtight. It's my second time ordering because I'm very pleased with the super high percentage of sprouting.

Are these certified Gluten Free?

I can tell you so far each test lot has certified gluten free we just dont advertise:).
