Putanesca
Full flavored Putanesca w/the right ingrediants.

If you've ever had really good Putanesca
If you've ever had really good Putanesca then you know how hard it is to find. In my entire grocery store aisle of sauces, this was the only brand so I tired it. It was very good. I add a more capers and some Kalamata olives to punch it up a little but it's as close as I've had in some good Italian Restaurants. The first time I had this was in Seattle and it was amzaing. Then I found a restauant in Palm Springs that has a very good one. I've found others that were not good at all. Michael's is very good and I have started ordering it on Amazon because after I finally found it at my grocery store, they stopped carrying it. They have all Michael's other sauses, just not this one. The jar arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. I will continue to order here and enjoy it.

DON'T risk it, read the reviews
Sadly my jar was damaged...opened up and leaking all over. I read reviews where people had received leaking jars but I decided to take a risk and order anyway, hoping that my jar would be fine. That was a POOR CHOICE! I don't recommend buying this, as it's *not returnable* and you will most likely waste your money.

So delicious and authentic too!
Fresh, delicious and authentic. It has anchovies which a lot of other puttanesca sauce doesn’t have. This really tastes like you’re dining in a nice Italian restaurant. I highly recommend!

Taste Excellent, Olive Content Microscopic
Could not find Putanesca sauce at any of 3 local Big Chain grocery stores. I wanted it, so I ordered this. I added Hot Italian sausage and the result was delicious. But this is a Putanesca! There was not a single whole or crushed olive visible in the jar. The few there were were tiny with about four or five pieces visible as "chunks." The taste was great and the 32oz size is helpful. Yes, technically Putanesca by taste, but next time - I make my own!

Excellent
This is a great puttanesca. The olives and capers are plentiful and the sauce sticks to the pasta. The only way it would be better would be if I made it myself.
