Even though this is a children's syrup, we use it and like the taste better than the adult version. Plus, it tames that nagging cough for way longer than the others.

It works and the flavors are acceptable
Delsym is one of the products I appreciate having when I need it most and that is in the middle of a bad winter. It works and we use it for our family, both children and adults. Many times, companies try to cover up bad tasting medicine with flavors that just don't work. The flavors are actually acceptable.
