Each has different benefits, depending on your project. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ works well *by on Reviewed in the United States August 13, 2026* i build guitars (Singtall guitars) and use this stuff to seal the wood before clear or paint. it used to be a third of the current cost. it's good for quick drying on a sunny day. you can seal and sand several times in a few minutes and be on with the rest of the work, so it's good in that sense. it does not dry flat, you have to sand it flat. it only dries with sunlight, so it doesn't get dry deep in the pores. hasn't caused any issues since i use several thin coats and my first coat also includes some fine glass beads to help fill in the deep pores. sometimes i will use epoxy first on deep pores if i have the time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saves soooo much time, and it is hard to screw up!!! *by on Reviewed in the United States September 3, 2025* Awesome product. What I really like is that you can control the "sheen" depending on how many coats you add and how you sand/finish the topcoat. If I had one thing to notice is that, if you do not need the product in a hurry, perhaps it is better if you order directly from the manufacturer. Why? PRICE! the same Pint (16oz) is about $15 cheaper if you order directly from Solarez. Of course, you have to factor shipping cost considering the amazon "prime" shipping.
